I do not know why are you  problems whit  installing this files,I have all Patches, 
so I did also in the Packages format or try to download here

    This is a great set, unforutanetly I was not able to install the sims 3 packs into my game. When I clicked on them nothing happened. My friend also had the same problem. My game works fine and is fully patched so i'm curious if maybe your files are broken or corrupt?

    This set is absolutely gorgeous!!!! You do beautiful work!!! I can't get the files to install into the game either. Hope it's an easy fix....I just love this set!!!
